The over riding Costume Design concept for Everwood, was that everyone who lived in Everwood, and was from Everwood looked warm, and soft, and muted colors.  Characters that came to Everwood from abroad, were cool tones, with sharper edges, and crisp colors.  The goal was to have everything look very real, but still have this sense of an “us or them” mentality.  I think we were very successful in achieving this concept.
