Designing a show from 1963 was wonderful.  I purchased period clothing patterns from all over the world.  I also purchased period fabrics from all over the world.  When you put these two things together with an excellent seamstress, it is magic.  Truly period items, that you can duplicate if you need two, and they don’t fall apart because they are 40 years old.  Of course, I also did more than my fair share of vintage store shopping.  I loved working with this cast.  They loved their costumes.
